Klaviyo, a leading customer data and marketing automation platform, has tied up with WooCommerce, an open-source, eCommerce platform. The move will enable millions of entrepreneurs and businesses on the WooCommerce platform to integrate customer data with personalized email and SMS marketing automation from Klaviyo.
With Klaviyo, WooCommerce users will be able to define customer segments without limitation, using any combination of events, profile properties, location and predicted values — over any time range. They will also get personalized automation scenarios based on dates, events, list membership, or segment membership. Additionally, they will be able to use splits, filters, A/B tests, and more to target and optimize.
Klaviyo will also allow for delivering targeted, branded forms to build your marketing list, and then for engaging customers through multiple channels. You can also use automatically-generated predictions for lifetime value, churn risk, gender, optimal send time, and out-of-the-box personalized product recommendations.
