Talkwalker, a social listening and analytics company, has acquired all-in-one review management platform ReviewBox.
This acquisition will enable Talkwalker to rapidly expand its product review capability and integrate Reviewbox’s e-commerce data, including product reviews, product catalogs, and pricing, into its consumer intelligence platform.
Tennessee-based Reviewbox provides manufacturers and brands with insights across their eCommerce marketplaces, and enables them to receive notifications and analytics for product reviews, content, prices and more.
“Reviews give you an understanding of just what your customers think of your products, whether that’s good or bad. This integration gives you a real-time view of this data, enabling you to react, and also helping you shape your products for the future,” commented Tod Nielsen, Talkwalker’s recently appointed Global CEO, in a news release announcing the transaction.
Talkwalker’s software uses AI-powered technology to monitor and analyze online conversations in real-time across social networks, news websites, blogs and forums in 187 languages. Talkwalker has offices in New York, Luxembourg, San Francisco, Frankfurt, Paris and Singapore. It is also the home of Talkwalker Alerts, a free alerting service used by over 500,000 communications and marketing professionals worldwide.
