PROS:
- A very good tool to track radio and TV coverage
- Good support
- Quick and easy-to-use platform
- Helps find out how many viewers saw a specific tv clip or listened to a radio segment.
- Broadcast hits displayed in a digestible, easy-to-view format, where you can then edit the clips by the second to share with your client
- Easy to find the piece you are looking for in the monitored clips
CONS:
- It does not pick up every press hit (you can manually enter them into the system)
- It often produces duplicate press hits, causing double-counted hits and inaccurate reporting numbers
- Not all broadcast clips have audience numbers
- Speech-to-text feature is not very accurate
- When compiling reports, the database often crashes when it reaches 1,000 hits and you will need to manually add press hits and reorganize your report
